Phoenix
real-time shooting results
Short description
The application is software for monitoring, displaying, and analyzing shooting results when operating with the electronic targets of the «Phoenix» system, designed for conducting training sessions and competitions in practical shooting in accordance with the rules of IPSC AA (International Practical Shooting Confederation — Action Air).
The application is installed on a tablet and provides wireless communication with the target via a converter over a Bluetooth channel. The target's vibration sensors register each hit, after which data is instantly transmitted to the tablet and displayed in a clear graphical format: for each shot, the impact zone, precise time, and final score are shown. This enables the shooter and instructor to monitor results remotely, in real time, without the need to approach the target for verification.
The application requires no special technical training to use — the software is fully factory-configured and ready for operation immediately upon device power-on, within 1 minute.
Among the application's key functions is the logging of all shooting session history, which allows tracking result dynamics, analyzing errors, and assessing shooter progress over time. Through precise hit registration (accurate to 3 mm with a detection interval from 0.2 seconds), human factor influence on shot evaluation is eliminated, while the training process itself becomes more objective, faster, and cost-effective — with no time or consumable expenditures on replacing paper targets.
